The session time is one hour of poses and all levels can be catered for.

Travel within the local area is not charged.

Above 2 mile journey will be charged.

You can come alone or bring a friend/partner

Hourly Booking -

For one person £45 per hour

For two people £57.50 per hour

Block Booking -

5 sessions - for one person - £200

5 sessions - for two people - £255

Your Needs

Carla has been working with individuals as a Personal Yoga Trainer for a number of years.

The initial meeting will be 90 minutes and she will ask you to complete a Yoga and Health Questionniare and send it to her prior to the meeting.

Any physical problems or impedements or injuries will be discussed at the first meeting.

These can be arranged either weekdays, evenings or weekends.
